Sadly they will most likely never share rewards.
Saying to share like guild dailies will not work because guild dailies uses pooled rewards, you can actually get less if there are more in 1st.
If there are 10 with 1st in guild daily they add up rewards for places 1 thru 10 and divide by 10, so everyone is actually getting less than 1st place rewards. If a 11th person ties the single payout goes down again.
They can't really pool random gear drops
