Definitely this is a step in the right direction. Making omegas a certainty will definitely start to put weight behind having a scoundrel team to be able to complete the event. If it is ~6-10 days, and only obtainable at the highest tier, this is reasonable increase to omega farm rates.
How many times would you be able to do each tier? Once? If so, omega needs to be a certainty, maybe you can randomize the quantity gained, 1-2 or 1-3?
