I just got the bar to download when I opened my client couple minutes ago. Is there a new update today?

So there is a lot of people looking at this post, but nobody replied yet. I even got a message box telling me to connect to a wifi for the download. Does that mean I am the only one who had this? Is it a bug? Weird...
