Upgrading mods...

So I just bought a bottom right speed mod from the store for 3.93 mill and spent 464k upgrading it to level 15. It was a 5 dot A (gold) so I was assuming that like all the other gold mods I've eve...

There's absolutely no incentive for them to have weighted probabilities for upgrades. It makes things unnecessarily complicated for absolutely no benefit. I'll go with Occam's razor on this.
