We just ran into the same kind of stuff. I have 336. Another member has 417. Another one has 418.
The real number should be 376 but many of our members are still sleeping so not many online to further compare. There was this achievement bug in the very beginning of TBs but that doesn't explain why the bugged numbers (417 and 418) aren't the same.
Something other than the missing rewards is happening.
Examples are from Order 66 501st division.
