Yes, I would like to know the answer to this too. Banning someone for highlighting an issue affecting a significant proportion of the user base is likely to be counter-productive. To my eyes, GunDal was acting as an advocate for those affected and trying to move us towards a solution.
One would have though that EA would have learnt some lessons from the Star Wars Battlefront II PR fiasco but perhaps not....
