Vet Han/chewy

Can anyone share if they recall recent update saying the vets will follow character cadence and show up in nodes or shops in the coming weeks or is it shrouded in mystery like so many other things? Any info would be appreciated. Swear was mentioned in one of last update threads but struggling to find it. Thanks for any input.
