Jawas and Ugnaught should be Neutral

The current Jawas and Ugnaught characters should be Neutral alignment. Much like Hondo, the Jawas are neither dark side or light side (with some exceptions) and will do business with anyone, whereas the Ugnaught character (not counting Kuiil) is just an employee of Cloud City and as seen in ESB is just doing their job.

With Hondo currently the only Neutral aligned character, this needs to be further expanded and right now the Jawas and Ugnaught are lore-wise the best candidates to be changed for this category.

Perhaps even a case could be made for the Coruscant Underworld Police to be Neutral as again they as a character are just defined by their job.
