Totally. I do think that part of the problem is Rex's and Cody's AI's. Rex doesn't proactively buff Squad Tactics and Cody uses his AOE first. If Rex lead off with ST and Cody led off with 212th Attack, it could be a different story or at least not drop as badly.

Well so much for echo on teams.... HUGE nerf to him incoming!!
He no longer can assist off counter attacks, bonus attacks, and likely codys 212th won't trigger him anymore! Goodby most of echos usefulness... Tested and confirmed, live now echo Won't assist off codys huge assist attack... Nerfed the only good thing about Cody in the process.

Update, seems to assist off of counters thus far but it might not be fully implemented till Friday

More money down the toilet on this game. Echo was great. Another toon relagated to the GW bench. One that wasn't cheap. Company has so burned it's bridges with me.

It's not *that* bad, just cripples his Cody synergy. He was fine before Cody, he was just better when Cody was released. I would still gladly take him as a chromium drop(I don't have him, cause I'm a cheapo)

I don't think the issue is with Echo, it's just the one thing that made Cody even remotely, and I do mean remotely, useful. Let's see, Cody's 212th Attack can just barely break through Rey's protection, his AOE barely stuns anybody, and he can literally be one-shot by Rey and pretty close with a Leia triple tap or IG86 assist. That's an incredible character right there... Cody, meet Darth Maul, enjoy the bench.

Saw the video, not impressed. When facing a clone team, always put down echo first. It will help you alot

Cody is on one of my GW squads. The all clone one. They are awesome there. In arena, not so much. I just really wanted Cody to be great and viable. I'm am so sick of looking at the same teams everyday. And I bet my competitors are sick of looking at me. I'm sick of looking at me. All these toons and only a handful viable options in what passes for pvp here. I just hoped Cody would add to the diversity.
