Could Visas Marr get the Jedi tag? I mean, her zeta ability is called "return to the light," and it's completely anti-sith. It would make her more useful and she could synergize with Jedi teams. Or could she even get the Old Republic tags? She was after all, an ally of Meetra Surik in KOTOR 2.

I don't know the lore too well but what's keeping Visas from greatness is exactly her tags.

I think they stated somewhere that the Old Republic tag reffers to the organisation itself, not the era. Hence Revan and all his companions are OR (well not HK, but his tag is definitely coming), but none of the sith or future Kotor 2 toons can be, unless they decide to associate the tag with the era itself. Revan and his companions did fight for the Republic, Meetra did not (so neither did Visas).
Visas is desperately in need for a Jedi tag though.

That makes sense much like Galactic Republic, I was thinking more based on them being from the game and forgetting it’s an actual faction.

She needs Old Republic for sure - same as HK-47.

Jedi is more tricky because one should also say that CLS and JRT need Jedi as well ...
CLS because even the movie is called Return of the Jedi
JRT - she even have Jedi in the toon's name!
They are not like Fulcrum who left the order.

And for Ventress - she should be Sith. Even the first tier of Sith Apprentice quest considers her as Sith.
