It is incomplete. There should be a wait 2-6 weeks in there. Don’t worry, eventually you’ll do like my guild has...be happy that you got 1 shard because they could have withheld that one too.
I didn't get 1 that was someone else. My guild got nothing. And yes it was the 1 with no faction requirements so we had more than usual
