Wat Tambor missing shards (and get2) - geo tb special mission
Hi !
My guild played Geo TB and some of my guildmates successfully did the Wat Tambor mission during phase 3. Unfortunately we did not received the shards. The whole guild. During same phase, some did the acklay mission (south territory of 'phase 2') and we did not received the GET2 neither.
During phase 4, we replayed the mid territory of phase 3 as we did not 1 star it at the first time. One other guildmate did the wat tambor mission, and, that time, at the end of the phase, we received 1 wat tambor shard, but still not the ones earned in the previous phase.
I know #malakgate is one of the top bug right now, but please fix rewards of geo TB.
We are not the only guild in this situation as help center has some thread about it too, with no answer.
don't tell me about EA customer support. Each time i contact them, it's inefficient. they are polite but do not understand me. ok i've got a poor english but hey, when you talk about SWGOH and the guy replied with 'The simpsons : taped out', it's ridiculous.
