Wat Tambor missing shards (and get2) - geo tb special mission

So I did finally get a response from ea_mindtricks. All he could do was verify that they are investigating it and told me that my guild was on a list of known guilds experiencing this glitch (so that was relieving). But he did not know how the issue was being addressed or how or when they planned on handling it.
