Web Store - Code no longer sent - it did work before!

Hi, since a couple of days I cannot get the "Code" sent to my mailbox. Nothing in spam or junk mail. Is there an option to use an authenticator instead of requesting the same mail every day??? It was ...

I did try from multiple different devices and different browsers. My mail is hosted on GMX. As mentioned it did work in the beginning and recently stopped to work when the change got introduced to stay logged on once you got authenticated. Long story short I can request the mail to receive my code but in my inbox the mail is never seen. No Junk, no spam, just nothing.
