I am strongly disappointed to hear that the tickets counter problem is a low priority. There is a lot to do just to keep up in game these days... Doing tickets shouldn't require screenshots, spreadsheets and a sit down at the computer.

Quality of life issue number one in my books. We need better guild management tools. A basic like tickets should be a no-brainer.
