Welcome, is this thing on?

Maybe its just me - but the usablity of these forums is at about 10% or less of the previous ones:

• On any thread with more than 2 or 3 replies (i.e. this one) finding and reading what has already been said is virtually impossible
• I used to regularly login to check for any new news or updates. That is now FAR MORE complicated
• The white screens
• This whole thing now looks and feels like the "corporate hub" I have in my office
  • That was setup by HR
    • It is only used by HR and the management team
      • Taking it in turns to slap each other on the back
    • None of the people doing any works likes it or uses it
• This has the same vibe of "look at this shiny forum"
  • While making it difficult to use
• Don't be surprised when footfall drops drastically
