And i've gotta add that if the rumors are true and the vet smugglers end up being needed for Rey's hero's journey, nobody except those who dropped a bunch of cash are going to be able to 7 star BOTH of them in like 2 weeks, i've looked at the calculators, its just not possible.

Myself i've burned all my crystals on 100 refreshes, i'd need about 25 shards a day, and i usually get about 7-10 if i'm lucky. If the new Rey comes out and only those who fork over cash are going to be able to get her to start...

Previous legendary characters were always able to be attained by FTP players, the only reason they might not have been was because of not farming the right ones, but that was just a gamble. Like BB8, was i upset i didn't get him right away? a little, but it was my own fault, i had all the time in the world to farm FO, but i didn't. If this time around i am unable because i didn't drop cash... that's just wrong. I've followed literaly a dozen youtubers and done all i could to be ready for Rey's event. I just got my FO finally to 7 stars so i can get BB8, and if the deciding factor was i didn't spend a hundred bucks on crystals for refreshes? Well that's gonna be it for me

You are correct, 7* vets is not possible without spending money.
Maybe not 100 bucks but at least 50.
To have both a 7* I need 250 more shards.
I'm refreshing 3 a day and did 5 a day on dbl drop
I'll make it but only because I'll buy a pack for each one when it goes on sale
