I am not from EA and I am only relaying the response that they have given.
If your Galactic Power is almost 2 million and you claim to know how to play this game but still can't complete GW daily, then your claim is false.
Let's ignore the number of downloads, but they're still getting $4M revenue a month(for July 2017), rolling around in their Galaxy of Cash. And only 200k players took part in the Luke event maybe because only those players have the required characters unlocked?
At any rate, let's try to turn this more positive. Instead of complaining about something that isn't going to change, why not do something to change it on your end? Many players feedback that Resistance team makes GW easy. Why don't you try to zeta Finn and gear up your Resistance team and try it out? You got most of them at 85 anyway.
