What happens with my quests if I buy the Hyperdrive Bundle?

Hello there! I am currently at level 59 and I want to know what happens with my current quests if I buy the Hyperdrive Bundle and level up to 85. Will they be automatically completed? Will I still receive the next quests for levels 60-85 or will they be skipped? Thank you!
