What Mods should I use?

Going into 7* Thrawn, getting absolutely destroyed, everyone gets one shotted

Hera G8, lvl 81, Omega Leader
Kanan G8, lvl 82, Omega Unique and Intervene
Sabine G8, lvl 83, Zeta Demolish, Omega Darksaber and Unique
Ezra G8, lvl 82, Omega Basic and Unique
Zeb, G8, lvl 82, Omega Unique

The only thing I can think of left that is lacking for my team is mods, they all have full mod sets but their mods admittingly aren't the best, what's the best mod set up for this team to have the best hope at beating 7* Thrawn?

  • I didn't have any zeta but I did have Chopper and Ezra gear 9 (rest were gear 8) and most abilities maxed. I used health mods with either speed or protection secondary. Took me over 30 tries so I'd say keep at it and RNG will be on your side at some point.
  • Two things: speed on Ezra and Sabine as secondary, crit dmg triangle, speed arrow, cross protection. Same can be for Hera. Zeb potency mod set full, potency cross, trangle protection or health, arrow speed. Kannan protection cross, triangle, speed arrow. Circle protection everywhere.
    Strategy: Zeb should be called to assist to dazed, stun Thrawn. This a key. Armor shred on Thrawn.
    This should work.
    The best if Ezra would have 230 speed, but 210 -220 should be enough.

    That could be my issue, my Ezra's speed is 135

    I think it can be done with 180, but 135? You are loosing protection in first 3 waves probably.
  • 170 speed is good if anything have Ezra and chopper the fastest. Choppers dispel and tm reduction was key to my victory. Potency at 55%-65% on zeb is good too. Heras play to strengths on zeb adds 20% potency so use that to daze/stagger/stun lock thrawn. Also try to daze deathtroopers. The thing that makes this so hard is that thrawns leader ability grants 20% turn meter to all empire ally’s who resist or sustain a debuff. Daze prevents this turn meter gain.
