No it's not. You presumably paid to get into Disney. The appropriate analogy is breaking into Disney world.
Im implying that there are water fountains all around fam, as in being able to farm up anything over time. You can buy water but cant bring it into certain venues. After Veterans were useful only for JTR and Smuggler event, never purchased anything after.
Not trying to argue the small details.
