Galactic Challenges

Yes, this was a HUGE turnoff. Won't submit to this and will completely skip the Galactic Challenges forward.

I'll never understand the mindset of whoever comes up with these changes and why they are so freaking stingy with DIGITAL currency. They could just as easily choose to actually incentivize players by actually doing good things and giving them good rewards, but choose to instead treat the entire customer base more like gambling addicts than actually people. Whatever profit they make off the new changes will be permanently offset by the people choosing to no longer spend or outright quit the game because of the endless greedy tactics. Its the holidays, and for the first time, at a time when I'm most likely to spend, that I held off on the trooper bundle even though I wanted it. I don't see myself buying anything at all until changes are made. Guild members leaving. Enthusiasm at an all time low in my guild. There are so...so many ways that they could make money without going the route they've been going. This wasn't a move that says the game will be around for another 10 years. This is a move someone makes when their trying to squeeze every last bit of cash out of people before shutting down, and whoever is implementing these changes couldn't care less about this games future. Absolutely no urgency on CG's part on this either, except for a small handout(sometime in the future, because they can't ever do anything quick unless it involves making money) that basically just gave players the rewards that they took away in the first place. This is an acolyte level failure on CG's part. Sad times, but at least its let me spend time on games that actually incentivize their playerbase instead of actively trying to scam them at every turn to try(and fail) at making a quick buck.
