What's everyone's thoughts about booting players during TB?

My guild is a TB focus guild (all commands on Discord, 600/day required, raid 24/0 rule, CMW minimums, CMWs done by cutoff time then deploy later etc.) We have a player (I'm not gonna name him/her)...

We have a hitlist, 2 strikes and you'll be demoted to a "TB lax" guild after TB. He messed up and cost us a star, and also didnt respond in game or in discord. He had a total of 5 strikes before we kicked him.


That's all good reasons to kick him but I see no good reason for doing it before he collected his rewards.
