What's everyone's thoughts about booting players during TB?

My guild is a TB focus guild (all commands on Discord, 600/day required, raid 24/0 rule, CMW minimums, CMWs done by cutoff time then deploy later etc.) We have a player (I'm not gonna name him/her)...

You are not being nasty at all. If they are not listening or paying attention to you then boot them. If you want to punish them by denying them rewards, fair enough.
