We keep getting Galactic Challenges for Inquisitors but the chance to unlock Grand Inquisitor is unannounced etc

Yes. The current gap between events is well within normal cadence.
Ok. It happened before with 100+ days gap but it's not normal. It's usually 80-95 days gap between the first and the second event.
It's 95 days now since the first Dark Times event and no announcement yet.
