where do we report horrific TW matchmaking again?

Yeah i was just using my calculator (so much time to kill with this covid) so they drop 10 players around 4M GP each to fall into our bracket, so that leaves 40 for their guild averaging 5M and our GP average is 4.3M... what's a 700k GP difference per player? Bet it's all r7 CUPs! We definitely got a chance then!
