Where's Cassian's U-Wing?

I need a couple more light side ships for the achievement and his (and Millennium Falcon) is one of the few left. So I used the FIND flow and it's blank. I looked at the blueprints available from Mega-Packs and Fleet Cards, but it's not there. Bistan's U-Wing is there, and I think maybe folks are seeing that and thinking it's Cassian's when they say "Buy packs."

I knowit was supposed to be a tournament prize before tournaments got scratched. Has it really never been made available?
