Why doesn't Asaj Ventress have a Sith tag?
Savage Oppress and Ventress were both trained by Count Dooku, why is only one a Sith?

Savage was also trained by Maul, with the intention of making him a true sith, whereas Asajj is just an assasin for Dooku. If it was just based on Dookus training I doubt that Savage would have been considered a sith lord
