Why ship energy isn't earning raid tickets?
Looks like an oversight or maybe there's another purpose for it in the future?

Adding 165 free energy a day would stop that unless you raise it to 900, but then people would be mad that now they need two refreshes to hit the goal. So you keep it at 600 and don’t count the new energy towards that amount. Treat it like an extra 16.5 chances at gear a day and everything is cool!
