Actually it doesn't. The one change above them all makes leaderboard manipulation essentially impossible. It guarantees every individual can only raid once every two days, no matter what.

Wow, I assumed you were talking about getting rid of the caps all together, oh wait. They already did that, while i have you, could you quote the piece that condones alt farming? I missed it.
