I can't understand why devs haven't taken swift and drastic actions against alt factory and guild hopping. They're losing revenue two-fold:
1/ people who do 60+ raids don't need to buy much from shipments or spend money on the game. They get game's ultimate rewards for FREE!
2/ whales who've spent a mini-fortune on the game and now find themselves behind the guild hoppers, are quitting the game or turning into F2P en-masse (myself included).
Mol Eliza 99999: your analysis is spot on and why the developers need to deal with this immediately for the sustainability of the game. I am not convinced that Naecabon's proposal is the best solution, but I appreciate the constructive suggestions and creative thinking.

I don't have one, but I wanted to give the developers the benefit of a doubt. They proposed specific fixes knowing of alternatives available to them. I'd rather have an imperfect stopgap that can be implemented quickly and then be tweaked rather than wait for a more ideal solution that takes longer and magnifies the growing imbalances. The proposed fixes did not seem to require much revision to the current coding, which is why I'm perplexed that they haven't been implemented.
