I'm just wondering if I should start looking for a new guild or stay with my current one. I'm ranked at the moment in the arena at 308 and 166 in ships. And I'm at lvl 79. I'm grinding for gear which at times is a pain. I request gear and only get one piece or none. I do look before I request gear to make sure no one else needs the same gear so they can get the gear they need. I do share my gear too. It just feels like it's a come to a stand still. I'm grinding everyday to move up in everything. I'm stuck in the arena keep getting my butt whooped by everyone. Im just looking for advice on my situation.

Don't request gear u got low or none and hard to farm or get pretty much avoid no one donate situation, poplar gear like stun cuffs/guns mk3 carbs and some more everyone needs a ton.

if your guild isn't active enough, or doesn't support each other enough through the guild exchange, then yes you should change guilds

Looks for active guilds, even though sometimes requesting donations are hit and miss. Never request hard to find bottleneck gears that everyone else need. I would rather request blue gears that I run low on but I know many have them. But my advise, do not expect others to donate to you, and donate what you can afford only. In the end active full guilds will be of more benefit for you

Try to find people who play the way you do. :) Giving before asking gear isn't a hard and fast ethic, but if you're the only person doing it in your guild, I can see why you might look for another place to call home. You can do it!

Everyone needs massive numbers of the same 4 gear pieces - cuffs, guns, carbantis and holodiscs. Essentially no one will ever have those to spare.

Most important is look for folks who do raids at a tier that helps you, and the more active the better (more frequent raids)

I would slightly disagree with that statement, whilst there are lots of characters who require similar gear, I'm currently gearing up my clones from 10 to 11 so can spare stun guns and carbantis today, I don't need them right this second and my guildmates do.

When I get round to gearing up another character, then I might request their help and would hope that those without immediate need would help out in the same way.

If your current guild just isn't doing it for you, find one that does regular raids.

Regular raids means its active enough to generate currency, sure you won't be top dmg on rancor and AAT but if you get to raid 3-5 times a week you can get through the bottle necks easier and work your way closer to the top

Also don't concern yourself with donations, they can be hit or miss day to day
