Zam Wesell - Pre-Discussion

"New Chromium Character – Zam Wesell: This scoundrel attacker can inflict Evasion Down and utilize Thermal Detonators to decimate her enemies. With her unique shapeshifting ability granting her increased evasion, this Clawdite Assassin was not one to cross!"

I have to say I'm somewhat excited about this one. Evasion down trended character (Good), Shapeshifting ability (sounds cool), and the one I'm most worried about...Thermal Dets. They have failed to re-work dets for ALL other characters in the game.

Does anyone feel this entire toon will be fouled because of a single special ability in the likes of Greedo, or do you feel this may be the one to make dets usable. I don't have experience with Jawa Engineer, but from reading his basic dets are pretty underwhelming?

The point of this, is maybe they'll read it, and maybe they'll read my plea.

PLEASE MAKE HER THERMAL DETS USEFUL. DAMAGING. THREATENING. EFFECTIVE.

    I have her maxed.

    @CG_Conduit23 , the two major downfalls right now to this character are her attack order on AI, and the fact that the characters she best pairs with have 5 turn cooldowns.

    I highly recommend switching her first and second special for AI for two main reasons:

    1) by the time she uses her basic, bombs have all detonated on their own

    2) rex/ackbar/elder clear her Bombs immediately, at least in the other order, they will only clear evasion down, leaving her bombs still an option after.

    @RJ__Brando - Great input on AI attack order and I agree in all regards.

    Question for you, how is her healthpool at gear X? I'm at 7*, gear IX with one slot to fill, and I find her healthpool to be ONE of the bigger issues with her regardless of her being guarded, stealthed, etc. Does the bounce from IX to X improve on a significant level, or just slight?

    I'm hesitant on the push to X at this point.

    Its noticeable, and if you've taken her this far you might as well finish since she also gains speed at gr X
