We might have some of what you’re looking for. We are about to run the Naboo raid for the first time, and if we do well enough to make it worth it (which we likely will) we will probably stick to that for a while. Most players who are up to date on the free light speed tokens through the Journey quests should have several high level characters applicable to this raid. We are looking at running LS Hoth and DS Geo (which might not be your ideal). We always run TW.
Since we will consistently run raids, you will be able to purchase General Kenobi and Han through the store with some of the rewards, and this will unlock them even faster than you could get them by only farming them from Tank Takedown and The Pit.
We have been seeing a bit of turn over recently, but I think we’re growing towards more stability in the near future. Looking at 45-50 members on average. We require that players be active, consistently getting 600 raid tickets a day, or notify an officer if they need to be inactive. We require that players participate in a follow basic directions in events. We expect players to get the free light speed tokens through the Journey quests.
