I encourage you to find a guild that fits your level (40-50m GP guild) that's active (you can take a look at their player list and sort it by "last activity" to make sure they are all active people). Be humble, learn as much as you can, follow your leader's instructions. Soon enough you will be ready to join a stronger guild, so you'll get more resources to grow even faster.
