Rancor Defeaters looking for several

I am the leader and I am looking for several members to come and join my guild to fill in vacancies that were left by individuals that were lazy or not never around. We are of course working in the RotE TB. We were getting around 18 stars, but now we might need to work our way back up to that again and need help.
