Ruthless Rebelz 615 mil GP 42* TB Zeffo and Mando MASTERED

I am new at this stuff.  I purchased STAR WARS Jedi Fallen Order™ and I have tried to play it, but it won't let me.  I purchased a game pad for my Victus HP and paid for the game, but the only thing I can do is walk and jump.  Are there links for tutorials?  How do I get a refund?
