It depends on the leader she's under. Since she has a reasonable starting crit chance, and she gives crit chance up to the team (including herself), the likelihood that she will score crit is very high.
Her entire function is dealing damage, and with a high crit chance, I'd mod her for crit damage. Crit Damage set, with a triangle with CD primary. Those will stack with her CD up buff, and make her hit really hard.
