How exactly does it work? Which abilities are you putting on cooldown before sending the main squad in? What do g8 Phasma and Mace bring to the team beyond Phasma's lead?
Having used suicide squad tactics myself, I am highly dubious that squad could do anything more than get splatted almost as quickly as the preceding suicide squad.
