Resist. Old ability with old wording I think. Works great against Nihilus by the way, considering he constantly ignores protection. We only do T4&5 Sith but for Jedi I run:

Ahsoka (squishy but constantly self heals so works perfectly)
Use Watch and Learn on Aayla and I've had Ezra take 5 turns to follow her.
