Ackbar or Wedge for Rebel team leader?

Wedge... you have zero toons with non-attack Special abilities unless you run ST Han and Leia with Wiggs. 30% offense, 15% health gain and 10% TM gain is too hard to overlook tbh.

Nine times out of ten, I'd say go with wedge, but Ackbar's ability is definitely worth considering if just for the speed boost. It depends on the battle and what your overall strategy is.

Ackbar has two non-attack specials.

I am really interested on this answer because i'm getting ready for next EP event and want to know who is best leader between Ackbar and Wedge? I need just one, my other 4: Lando, STH, Biggs and Leia.

Wedge when you have him. My current rebels team is ackbar lead lvl 70 gear 8 6*
St han gear 8 lvl 70 6*
Biggs gear 8 lvl 72 7*
Leai gear 8 lvl 76 7*
LANDO gear 8 lvl 75 7*
They hit fast, resist well and ackbar heals are usually clutch. WHEN ackbar dies I use lando lead. I don't have wedge yet

Wedge, always, unless you need to bump STH's speed.

Most prefer Lando though...and it would be odd to have a rebel team without him.

For that event it's definately Ackbar — but that's due to the special ability all toons get in that event.

Given the team comp, it's Wedge. Biggs is not a particularly great toon without Wedge.

TG with Lando is a sweet combo.
