Just one thing you may not have realised. Zeb and his unique is essential to make phoenix work in galactic war. You don't have him yet but when you do you will realise I am right. Once you get Zeb you will find galactic war easy. Why? At the start of every battle he gets (and with hera lead all phoenix members get protection) this can take damage and it will be completely fresh next battle. You might find one or two galactic wars tough but once you get Zeb you will sail through.
Sabine used to be Guild store, guild events store and one hard node. Now she is just one hard node. So it's no longer a choice of which phoenix squad is the best but rather a choice of which phoenix squad is easier to get. That said I would do her hard node dailly. Why? If you get unlucky in galactic war and lose someone a two star Sabine will fit better with your phoenix squad than a seven star Rey.
