So I have watched the mod videos and figured them out but not sure about how much to invest in them. What dot levels should I put on my phoenix squad and how much to upgrade them?
Currently I have all one and some two dot mods but they are all the ones suggested on this sight for the phoenix team:

I have them leveled to 15 to get the double bonus.
So how much should I invest in higher dot mods for the phoenix team and which ones/levels. Your guild says to go for only health mods but those aren't advised from the above website.
