It depends on if you want to min max. A good pull in 80 shards of a 4 star which means you can hit the ground running so much easier.
Let's say you pull lando and you want to go phoenix. That means you don't have to divert at any stage to get lando to cover your credit heists. Or if you aren't going phoenix having a 4 star that fits in with what you are farming is a massive head start.
