First off if you feel guild store currency doesn't come to quickly you need to get into a guild that does raids you can take part in regularly. Until level 70 came (and more gear slots became available) I always felt as if I had too much currency.
Secondly you will farm jyn eventually (rogue one mission in tb and for tmr for raids) so don't feel like it's wasted but yeah I would stop farming her now.
