She is also awesome in raids and a rebel so a lot of good leadership's apply to her. You will need to farm her in late game for lstb.
Rancour raid is easy for most guilds but jynn really shines there. One special that removes 100% turn meter and gains whatever was removed every second turn and one special with a 4 turn delay that grants an ally 100% turn meter.
Jynn also does well in phase 1 and 3 of haat but haat is getting easy for many guilds too.
Personally I wouldn't rate her as great for a starting player but rather as someone that almost all players will eventually farm to 7 star.
