Top 50 is 28 Phoenix, 14 Wiggs, 5 Sith, and 3 other. So there are still a lot of Phoenix teams. They just vary a bit on rank. Only 3 players in my shard got Thrawn at 7*. Most of us got him at 5 or 6 stars. If he was a couple weeks later, I could have gotten him at 7 stars (probably could do it now). But not then.
