If anybody else wants to chip in pls do so, it's great to get feedback.
I would like to thank those that did invest the time to answer, hope for more. I will probably update this guide in 1-2 days after getting more input. Some of these things were in my head, but a lot is new for me, so it's great to hear it from someone else.
