Just two comments:
1) Defense mods are important, beat the third tier (1* would be ok). This unlocks best mods in mod shipments. Then look every six hours in mod shipments for 5 dot mods with speed secondaries or speed primary arrow. This is your best source to get mods with great speed secondaries which are the real meta.
2) It's Sith meta now, Wiggs is of course needed to get 7* Palpatine. Farm Maul, gear Nihilus and Assassin (3* is ok for Arena), farm Sid, then Savage. Even Dooku is great now. Be prepared for the switch to Sith when you have Palp and your first zeta ready.
