I'm wondering if a revised guide should contain a path through the game, built around a "Phoenix First" strategy.
Phoenix into EP and Thrawn. Add 3 more empire to unlock R2. Add Team Luke toons to unlock CLS. Endgame build is CLS GK R2 Thrawn + 1.
Not sure what to do about fleet or credit heist.
